My Challenge

Approximately ten years ago, I began a small email devotional in our church, called “Anacrusis.” Music students know that “anacrusis” is the Italian term for a “pickup note” that starts a musical line. I thought then that people need this: a note of encouragement for running the race we are called to complete. Now, God is calling me to broaden my reach and widely share some of the studies and devotionals that I have written for my local church body.
